Dordt announces “The Atrium” and “The Overlook” as names for dining and banquet hall spaces

Dordt University officials have named the new centrally located dining commons “the Atrium” and the upper-level banquet and welcome space “the Overlook,” reflecting the building’s light-filled design, panoramic views, and role in fostering Christ-centered community.

Dordt University mourns the passing of senior kinesiology major

Liam Sorensen, a Dordt University senior from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, passed away on Wednesday, June 4. A kinesiology major who was an offensive lineman on the Defenders football team, Liam was known for being kind, caring, and a joy to be around.
