Designed for educators of all types, the M.Ed. program will help you take your classroom and leadership abilities to the next level with immediately applicable skills and resources relevant to your specific challenges. Equipping you with relevant knowledge and perspectives in your chosen specialization, you will be able to confidently enhance your classroom or administrative work.
The Master of Special Education program provides practical, hands-on learning experiences to assess and address learning and behavioral difficulties. The program consists of 11 courses in a 30-semester hour specialization that prepares the teacher or administrator to be a competent leader in special education roles.
Dordt’s MAT program is designed for those seeking an initial teaching license in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) area. Current areas of focus include biology, chemistry, engineering, mathematics, mathematics / computer science, and physics. In the coming months, the program plans to expand to include non-STEM areas as well.
