Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra to hold spring concert on Tuesday, March 31

Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra presented by Dordt University (NISO) will perform their spring concert in the B.J. Haan Auditorium on Tuesday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m., Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra presented by Dordt University (NISO) will perform their spring concert in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

Musical selections for the concert include The Moldau from the symphonic suite My Fatherland (Má Vlast) by Bedřich Smetana, Old Wine in New Bottles by Gordon Jacob, a suite for chamber winds,followed by Camille Saint-Saëns’ Symphony No. 3, “Organ Symphony”which features soloist Dr. Carrie Groenewold, Joan Ringerwole Chair of Church Music and Organ at Dordt.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the door or online at Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra Events Home.

General admission is $25; students are admitted free to all NISO events.
