Herman To Join Defender Track and Field

(Friday, February 21; Sioux Center, Iowa) Anna Herman, a senior at Cole Valley Christian High School (Idaho), has announced her intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender track and field program.
Herman has personal bests of 27.99 in the 200 meters and 63.23 in the 400 meters. She's ben on six relay teams that have played at the state track and field meet and she also claimed sixth in the 400 meters as a junior.
"Both of my brothers have run for Dordt and have had positive experiences so I decided Dordt would be a great place to continue participating in something I enjoy," said Herman.
Anna is the daughter of Russell and Laura Herman of Boise, Idaho. She plans to study Accounting at Dordt.
Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian university rooted in the Reformed tradition. The Defender athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).
U.S. News & World Report, Money Magazine, Forbes.com, Washington Monthly, and Princeton Review all list Dordt on their best colleges lists. Dordt is home to approximately 1,500 students.
