Rosener Selects Dordt

(Tuesday, June 11; Sioux Center, Iowa) Andrew Rosener has announced his intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender basketball program.
Rosener averaged 11 points, five assists, two rebounds and four steals for the Sioux City Warriors and played for a team that won the Iowa Homeschool Tournament.
"Andrew is a great fit at Dordt University. He will become a leader across campus. He is an excellent shooter and we look forward to see how he adjusts to the college game," said Dordt coach Brian Van Haaften.
Andrew is the son of Mark and Carrie Rosener of Rodney, Iowa. He plans to study Health and Human Performance at Dordt.
Dordt University in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian university rooted in the Reformed tradition. The Defender athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).
U.S. News & World Report, Money Magazine, Forbes.com, Washington Monthly, and Princeton Review all list Dordt on their best colleges lists. Dordt is home to approximately 1,500 students.
