Calvin Theological Seminary M.Div. Partnership
Partnership Information
In response to the ongoing need for well-trained ministry leaders, Dordt University is partnering with Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to create a streamlined academic pathway for students pursuing a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree.
Through this partnership, select theology courses completed at Dordt are recognized as meeting specific requirements within Calvin Seminary’s M.Div. curriculum, helping to minimize cost and time spent on acquiring an M.Div. degree.
Why Choose This Pathway?
This partnership is grounded in the shared Christian Reformed tradition of both institutions and builds on Dordt’s established undergraduate theology program.
It creates a clear, structured link between undergraduate theological study and graduate-level seminary training.
"As the church faces a growing need for pastors and other ministry leaders, institutions that share scriptural and doctrinal convictions must work together to identify, encourage, and equip the next generation for service in Christ's church."
- Director of Church Relations, Rev. Todd Zuidema
