Marge De Boer, Sioux Center, has been hired as Academic Skills Center Coordinator at Dordt College. Sharyl Wielard had previously served in that capacity, and will be retiring this spring.

Also employed in the ASK Center are Pam De Jong (director), Dr. Bill Elgersma, Sanneke Kok, Marliss Van Der Zwaag and Dale Vander Wilt.
De Boer earned her B.A. from Dordt College in 1998, and her M.B.A. at U.S.D. in 2003. She was previously an internal auditor at First National Bank in Sioux Center. Marge is the wife of Dr. Douglas De Boer, professor of engineering at Dordt College.
Dordt College’s ASK Center provides students with math, writing, and study skills assistance; peer tutoring, disability services, and extra aid for students from other countries or cultures.
