'Discerning Your Calling' Workshop Nov. 4

October 25, 2006

How do I hear God’s voice? How do I know if I am called to ministry? What am I called to do with my life?

If these are questions that concern you, you’re invited to a free workshop, Discerning Your Calling, on Saturday, Nov. 4, from 9 a.m. to noon at Dordt College’s West Commons meeting room. Especially encouraged to attend are high school juniors or seniors, students attending any colleges in the area, or people who are already involved in a career and are experiencing a “God given restlessness.”

Workshop facilitators from Calvin Theological Seminary are Dr. David Rylaarsdam, associate professor of theology; Greg Janke, director of admissions; and Fiona Baker, Making Connections Initiative.

This workshop is hosted by the Dordt College Theology Department, with a free meal served following the workshop for those who are preregistered.
To register email Thomas Wolthuis, associate professor of theology and youth ministry, or call 712-722-6326.
