Dordt Art Show Nov. 16

ArtistsA one night art show hosted by Dordt College’s second year drawing class has been planned for Wednesday, Nov. 16, beginning at 8 p.m.

The evening will be a formal affair, celebrating the concept of black, white and the grays in between. On display will be works of large and small scale made with charcoal, graphite, pastels, conté crayons, erasers and other media as well.

The show will be hosted at the home of Joshua De Groot, 323 Fourth St NE. Participants include Elbert Bakker, Ginelle Bakker, Joshua de Groot, Brielle Houston, Matthew Kunnari, Jasmine Pluger, Lauralee Stel, Elizabeth Terborg, Nicole Vandenberg, and Rita Vander Wal. Their instructor is Professor Susan Van Geest.

Everyone is welcome to attend this free art show.
