Vreugdenhil hired at Dordt College

Karen VreugdenhilKaren Vreugdenhil, Sioux Center, is the new Theatre Arts secretary at Dordt College. The position was vacated by Cindy Nederhoff, who recently accepted the position of Coordinator for Financial Support at KDCR.

Vreugdenhil will assist Theatre Arts faculty and staff with clerical duties, box office ticket sales and management, and supervise workstudy students.

Previously, Karen has been employed as an administrative assistant at Interstates Electric; a sales assistant at Link Manufacturing, and most recently at Vande Berg Scales in marketing for the past two years.

Vreugdenhil and her husband, Mike, have four children: Darin, Courtney, Dan and Drew. Her husband is in the construction business, and they enjoy camping, attending car races and their children's activities.
