Eisenga and Van Engen Run At National Cross Country Meet

Dan Van Engen and Tim Eisenga, a pair of Dordt College runners, competed at the NAIA National Cross Country meet held at Tom Sawyer Park in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday, November 20.

Van Engen finished the 8000 meter course in a time of 26:29.15, good for 80th place overall. Eisenga ran the course in 27:04.30 and was the 130th runner across the finish line.

259 runners competed in the men's race at the national meet.

Soimo Kipligat of Lindenwood (MO) won the race in a time of 24:17.20.
