NISO presents Résonance, a premier vocal ensemble, as next guest artist

The Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra (NISO) will feature guest performers Résonance on Saturday, March 21, at 7 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

The Northwest Iowa Symphony Orchestra (NISO) will present guest artist, Résonance, on Saturday, March 21 at 7 p.m. in the B.J. Haan Auditorium.

Résonance, a premier vocal ensemble based in Omaha, Nebraska, is led by A. Barron Breland, Principal Conductor, and Adam Witte, Assistant Conductor. Additionally, Mark Kurtz serves as Associate Music Director and Collaborative Pianist. The ensemble seeks to engage, inspire, and challenge audiences through eclectic and innovative vocal performances and compelling collaborations, demonstrating that at its core, vocal music is about sharing stories.

The program will include Requiem, Op. 9 by Maurice Duruflé and The Promise of Living from The Tender Land by Aaron Copland, among other works, and will also feature the Dordt University Concert Choir.
