Through a partnership with the Paul TenHaken Companies, Dordt University is offering graduate-level credit to participants in the Tenfold Leader Fellowship.
Dordt University has partnered with the Paul TenHaken Companies to offer graduate-level credit to participants in the Tenfold Leader Fellowship, a yearlong professional development program for business executives. The fellowship has been approved for graduate-level credit through Dordt’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Participants who successfully complete the fellowship can receive three elective credits and a certificate of completion.
Each cohort in the Tenfold Leader Fellowship is limited to 10 executives and is available by invitation only.
This partnership reflects a growing interest in gaining practical experience, developing skills, and building meaningful mentoring relationships. “We saw an opportunity to connect the practical leadership development happening through Tenfold with a formal academic pathway,” explains TenHaken. “Dordt’s approval recognizes that learning and gives participants a way to build on it toward an MBA. In addition, my appreciation for the academic excellence of Dordt along with the faith-based framework of their academic offerings aligned with what I hope to provide with Tenfold.”
Additionally, by offering graduate credit for the fellowship, the partnership creates a new pathway for professionals to pursue further education. “For someone considering an MBA, these credits provide a meaningful head start and make that next step feel more attainable,” says TenHaken. “It may kickstart someone toward a graduate degree who otherwise may not have considered it.”
The partnership also reflects Dordt’s commitment to providing opportunities for professional growth and leadership development. "Partnering with Paul gives our students an opportunity to develop their professional identities within a faith-informed framework," says Dr. Tim Klein, director of the MBA program at Dordt. "His experience offers a unique complement to a traditional MBA program, helping students examine who they are as leaders and how their values can shape healthy and effective organizations."
Having experienced Dordt’s commitment to academic excellence and faith-based education firsthand, TenHaken is excited to share that foundation with fellowship participants. “My own experience at Dordt has given me a strong affinity for the university and a deep trust in its academic excellence and commitment to faith-based education,” he says. “I’m excited that the participants will get a taste of this through the Tenfold Leader Fellowship.”
