College Credit Transfer Guide

Below are guides to help you determine what courses from NCC and UNW will transfer to Dordt.

There may be individual cases where credit is awarded slightly differently than the charts in these guides indicate. These charts serve as a general guideline; however, departments have some latitude in how they apply the credit toward their major in individual cases.

NORTHWEST IOWA COMMUNITY COLLEGE (NCC)

The amount of credit granted for each NCC course is determined by the amount of credit granted by NCC.
A maximum of 60 credits earned from a two-year college will be accepted toward a degree at Dordt University.
As with any transfer credit contact the Registrar's Office prior to taking any courses for formal approval.
