Fourth Avenue Townhomes

Most units in the Fourth Avenue Townhomes are composed of a living room, kitchen, and restroom on the lower level, with two bathrooms and two bedrooms on the second story. The bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven people. A handful of units designed on a smaller scale hold three people but offer the same amenities of kitchen and living room. In the center of the building, visitors will find a rooftop patio area called the Deck.

The Townhomes have a modern, split-level design that has large windows which admit plenty of natural light and a large open floorplan that provides extensive space to entertain guests. The Townhomes uniquely blend campus life with community, allowing students to feel like a part of both the Dordt and Sioux Center communities.
