I have 25 years of marketing experience, including starting and managing marketing departments of Fortune 100 companies at Prudential and Cigna.

As a long-time adjunct faculty member at Penn State University and now as full time faculty at Dordt University, I enjoy teaching others the art and science of marketing. I have also taught marketing at Eastern University, from which I earned my MBA and I earned my undergraduate degree from Temple University.

I am an active volunteer who enjoys giving of my time and experience to assist non-profit organizations with their marketing plans and activities. I am also active in helping others with career transitions by providing assistance with resume writing, interviewing skills and networking insights.

My wife Marie and I recently started a non-profit organization called "Hope Learning Center" (hopelearningcenterperkasie.org). Hope Learning Center serves young adults ages 16 - 23 on the autism spectrum who have a goal to enter college or who are currently in college. Through group meetings, social events, coaching, and classes, we help to encourage growth in social and life skills while cultivating community, connection and belonging. As a result, these young adults are better equipped to successfully transition into their next chapter of life and experience greater independence and fulfillment.
