Doug Seebeck

Doug Seebeck retired as CEO of Partners Worldwide in December 2022 after serving for 25 years, where he led a team mobilizing a global Christian network that uses business to create flourishing economic environments. He now serves as a volunteer mentor with Ardent Mentors, working with next-generation leaders and social entrepreneurs. Doug also remains involved with Partners Worldwide as a donor and volunteer, supporting the Vista 2030 goal to reach 1 million redemptive business owners, create 3 million jobs, and help 15 million people flourish.

Doug holds a BS in Agronomy from Washington State University and an M.A. in Leadership Studies from Azusa Pacific University. He spent 19 years in Bangladesh, Uganda, and East Africa working in relief and development programs with the Christian Reformed Church and World Renew. Doug’s ability to catalyze people and teams, envision the future, and fully leverage strengths has led him to significantly contribute to positive and lasting impact in developing communities across the globe.

Doug's tremendous passion for ending poverty continues to fuel his life’s work and impact.

Doug and his wife, Gail, have 5 adult children and 10 grandchildren.
