Overview of Programs
Non-degree pathways are flexible, relevant, and affordable. Professors deliver dynamic curriculum in an asynchronous format, engaging you throughout the week at your convenience with your classmates in an online environment. Some components of ABA programs may be synchronous and require joining in for an interactive dialogue at a set time.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Course Sequence
The ABA course sequence at Dordt University is built around the central idea that every person is a beloved image-bearer of God, worthy of an education that helps them use their gifts fully.
Students will learn to identify target behaviors, enact plans for improvement, and measure the results to guide future efforts.
Approved by the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), this coursework prepares students to satisfy a requirement needed to for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA) certification exam.

Online Dual Credit
By enrolling in a dual credit course as a high schooler, you can get a jump start on your college education.
Available to high school juniors and seniors, these 100% online classes allow you to complete college courses while still in a high school in a way that works with your schedule.
Iowa Coaching Authorization
Administered by the Iowa Board of Education, this class consists of 55 hours of learning that prepares non-teachers to serve as coaches in any K-12 setting.
The course covers the basics of athletic training, ethical and legal issues pertaining to athletics, sports psychology, and more.
Summer Courses
Dordt University's summer courses are available to current Dordt students, transfer students, incoming freshmen, and students from other institutions. Current Dordt students and admitted future students do not need to fill out a new application in order to apply for a summer course.

Christian Schools Teacher's Certificate
Endorsed by Vocate, teachers in Ontario, Canada can fulfill requirements by completing courses taught from a distinctly Christian worldview.
These courses are integrated and apply toward some master's degrees available at Dordt. Vocate members who pursue a master's degree at Dordt are also eligible for an additional scholarship.
