# Traffic advisory: Fourth Avenue NE near Dordt University

During the weeks of April 1 and 8, access to Fourth Avenue NE near Dordt University will be impacted.

 ![]()During the weeks of April 1 and 8, access to Fourth Avenue NE near Dordt University will be impacted.

On Tuesday, April 2, on Fourth Avenue NE near Dordt University between 4th Street NE and Defender Way, the area will be fully closed to traffic as crew connect water and sewer to the new Fourth Avenue Townhomes. It will likely remain closed through the beginning of the following week.

Each building will have three 2-bedroom units and two 1-bedroom units. Construction is being completed by Vision Builders.
