Dordt University has officially opened registration for its annual Defender Days weekend.
Registration for Defender Days 2026 is officially open. This year, Defender Days will be held on October 16-17 and will feature a weekend full of activities, performances, athletics, and opportunities for the Dordt community to come together.
One of the largest gatherings on Dordt’s campus each year, Defender Days provides an opportunity for students, alumni, parents, and the broader community to experience Dordt’s commitment to community and hospitality firsthand.
“One of the things Dordt does really well is hospitality, and Defender Days is a great example of that,” says Becky Ringsby, signature and regional events coordinator at Dordt. “There truly is something for everyone—from athletic events and the Family Fun Zone to the President’s Breakfast and Fall Music Festival. Parents, alumni, students, and members of the broader community all have meaningful opportunities to reconnect, celebrate, and enjoy the weekend together.”
Registration and a full schedule for the weekend are available online.
Several events, including the Business Connections Breakfast, the Defender Nation Dinner, and the President’s Breakfast, require tickets. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register as early as possible, as these events tend to sell out quickly.
Ultimately, Defender Days is an opportunity to experience Dordt’s vibrant campus life, connect with members of Defender Nation, and celebrate God’s good gifts and faithfulness at Dordt.
