The reception will take place on Thursday, September 25, from 7–8 p.m. in the Campus Center Art Gallery. The exhibit, which is currently on display and runs through Thursday, highlights the diverse creative expressions of the Dordt community. From visual art and photography to design and mixed media, *While We Were Out* showcases the projects and discoveries individuals pursued over the summer months. “This exhibit testifies to the rich creative spirit found among your peers, neighbors, and colleagues,” says David Platter, professor of art and design. “Many of the works serve as a reminder of how dynamic and blessed we are to be a community made up of individuals who openly explore God’s creative world.” The reception is free and open to the public.
