This high career outcomes rate is rooted in Dordt’s focus on engagement and whole-person formation. “Faculty engage students inside and outside of the classroom by welcoming them not just to their offices, but into their homes and churches,” Westra explains. This engagement extends beyond academics into hands-on learning opportunities like career treks and internships, with 81% of 2024 graduates participating in at least one.
