Men's Track and Field Opens Indoor Season

The Meet... The Dordt University men's track and field team will begin its 2022 indoor season at the SDSU Holiday Invitational held this weekend in Brookings, S.D. The two-day meet begins Friday around noon for the multi-athletes; field and running events begin later in the afternoon. The final three events of the heptathlon will take place on Saturday morning.

A handful of Defenders will compete in the Midland Half-Marathon on Saturday morning in the Fremont, Neb. area.

Defenders Outlook...Dordt won the GPAC Indoor Championship in 2021, totaling 184 points; this was the Defenders first GPAC title for the indoor season.
