Initial 2020 USTFCCA Women's Rating Released

(Wednesday, January 27; Sioux Center, Iowa) The first installment of the 2021 NAIA Women’s Indoor Track & Field National TFRI (Track & Field Rating Index) has been released by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCA). The Dordt women’s team is 4th  in the rating.

Dordt starts the season at no. 4 and currently has 10 top-10 national marks and have three no. 1 rankings: Emma Bakker in the 400 meters and Mika Kooistra in the 600 meters along with the 4x400.

The Defenders will travel to Mount Marty for an invite this Saturday, January 30 in Yankton, South Dakota. The GPAC Championship is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, February 20-21 in Sioux Center.
