Jansen Signs On With Soccer

(Thursday, April 18; Sioux Center, Iowa) Claire Jansen, a senior at Central Wisconsin Christian, has announced her intention to attend Dordt and join the Defender soccer program.
Jansen is a four-year starter and three-year team captain. She holds the season scoring mark with 18 goals and 40 career goals. She is a two-time team mvp and was nominated to play in the WSCA Senior All-Star Game. She was on the Fon du Lac Reporter All-Area team her junior year.
Claire is the daughter of Dale and Jean Jansen of Waupun, Wisconsin. She plans to study Human Resources and Marketing at Dordt.
Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa, is a comprehensive Christian college rooted in the Reformed tradition. The Defender athletic program is a part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC).
U.S. News & World Report, Money Magazine, Forbes.com, Washington Monthly, and Princeton Review all list Dordt on their best colleges lists. Dordt is home to approximately 1,500 students.
