Dordt College Women's Basketball vs. Briar Cliff

(Sioux City, Iowa) The Dordt Defenders couldn't overcome a cold shooting night in tonight's GPAC loss to the Briar Cliff Chargers. Briar Cliff, meanwhile, had a very good shooting night, hitting 48 percent of their field goals, including 60 percent from three-point range.

Lindsey Van Wyk had 12 points to lead the Defenders. Jill Bouma was the only other Defender to hit double digits with 11 points. Briar Cliff's Dana Lehner had 23 points, 16 of those coming in the first half, to lead the way for the Chargers.
