Cool Things I did at Dordt

I was fortunate enough to work at the coffee shops on campus with the business club, FLAME.

Obstacles I've Overcome

  • How to adapt to life where you don’t know anyone.
  • How to grow individually with God as well as with friends.
  • How to be a unique individual that serves God above all.

Who I was When I came to Dordt

I was a very shy, reserved freshman who was determined to find people who I could walk through life with. I was fortunate enough to find a strong group of friends quickly that support me each day!

How Dordt Impacted Me

I feel that Dordt as a Christian college nudged me in the right direction in terms of my walk with God. Dordt stretched me to explore more about myself and to reinvent who I wanted to be, for others and myself.

Where I am now

I plan on further educating myself at Eastern Washington University in dental hygiene.

What I would tell Prospective Students

Don’t be afraid to be your true self because Dordt accepts everyone, so why not be who you are?
Your friends will find you!

How Dordt Helped me Do More

Dordt has helped me do more in how I walk in life, specifically by how it has expanded my learning and used that learning to help others.
