Dordt University def. Bellevue, 3-0

Three different Defenders scored goals leading Dordt University to a 3-0 win against Bellevue Saturday afternoon in Papillion, Neb.

The Defenders extend their win streak to four and improve to 5-1 this season; Bellevue drops its record to 3-4.

Jenna Wright (5-0) remained unbeaten in her first season in goal for Dordt, earning her second consecutive shutout and third of the season.

Scoreless after 14 minutes, Kooiman broke through with a goal shot just outside the penalty area from an assist by Avril Baccam to put Dordt in front 1-0.

Jori Bronner scored with three minutes gone by in the second half when she dribbled by a defender and touched a shot past the Bellevue goal keeper. Baccam netted the final goal off an assist from Ellie Stuart at the 77th minute. Baccam leads the GPAC with eight goals scored this season, third most in the NAIA.

Dordt had a 13-3 shots-on-goal advantage for the match, led by Baccam (5) and Ellie Stuart (3).
