Dordt def. Morningside 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-20)


Dordt defeated Morningside for the second Saturday in a row.  Dordt controlled the match with a 36-25 kills advantage.

Dordt also had a .200 kill efficiency with a high in a set of .222 and a low of .167.

The Defenders had six service aces and had eight points off of blocks while surrendering six points on blocks and three service aces.

Caleb Kulesza had 15 kills and two service aces with seven digs.

Andres Guzman had seven kills and four digs and Luke Nelson and Adam Van Elburg each had five kills.

Boris Le had 17 assists and Jeremy Van Belle accounted for 11.

Nelson had a team high five block assists.

The Defenders Dordt is now 4-6.


“We played three very solid sets of volleyball. Our defensive hustle and pursuit were strong which gave us continued second chances to swing. We’re really pleased with the effort and outcome.


Dordt will play in two matches on March 6 in Lacrosse, Wisconsin against Roosevelt and Viterbo.
