COACH JEFF ZOMER SAID

"The softball team came into this evening's doubleheader with focus and intent. We started a bit sllow in game one before exploding for ten runs in the 4th. All spots in the lineup were able to contribute and produce, and Abby held them in check long enough for us to get rolling. Game two had us get off to a better start and allowed us to put pressure on right away. Rachel did not allow a hit through 4 innings and our offense again broke through for a big inning in the 4th. Kayla pitched an uneventful 5th inning, and much of our roster was able to contribute in one way or another. It was truly a beautiful evening given to us to spend some time outdoors!"
