COACH NATE WOLF SAID
“The men had an excellent meet. The start was a little tight and they had to be a little more patient the first 600 meters than they normally are. Eric Steiger and Davis Tebben continued their strong seasons leading the men’s team to a second place finish. There was a lot of density at the front of the meet which pulled most all the runners to season’s best performances. Averaging 25:26 for our top five runners over the 5-mile course was fantastic and having 12 runners under 27:00 showed the incredible depth the men’s team possesses as well. The men will have three weeks of training leading into the last regular season meet. We feel privileged to be able to continue racing this season and are excited about the final two meets of the fall.”
