ASSISTANT COACH JAYMIE BERNBECK SAID
"Any time we can get a win on the road, it's a huge deal. We really focused on our defense in this game and our press group came in and did a nice job. Karly did a really nice job getting shots, and give credit to her teammates for getting the ball to her in the right spots tonight. Our girls executed the game plan well."
Dordt is now 12-8 and Doane is 4-16
Next up for the Defenders will be a matchup with Northwestern on Wednesday, January 27. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 pm in Orange City, Iowa.
