The Dordt University men's golf team was unable to jump higher than 11th place on day two of the Northwest Iowa National Invite. 

Ottawa University (AZ.) stormed out of third place to win the tournament with a three day score of 854. Ottawa shot eight under on Tuesday to overtake Texas Wesleyan who shot a three day total of 856. 

Morningside College was close behind with an 858 to take third place. Grand View University took fourth with an 870 and Missouri Valley rounded out the top five with an 877. 

Dordt shot a three day total of 945 and were led by Ryan Feauto's 79 on day three. Dustin Widman and Jared Van Elburg both stayed consistent and shot a pair of 80's on the final day. Freddy Bullock had his best round of the tournament on Tuesday and posted a 76. Blake Harmsen also played the best of his three rounds on Tuesday and carded an 82. 

Ottawa's Noah Hofman and Morningside's Sam Storey both shot eight under on the tournament to take the top medals.
