COACH DEWITT-SEVERSON SAID
“We played really good defense. To go up at halftime on the road we were really happy with ourselves and only gave up 17 points in the first half. We knew they were going to come out and change some things—there’s a reason they are ranked as one of the best teams in the country and they needed a win. We knew they were going to come out with some authority and they did. We were only down three going into the fourth quarter but their execution was better down the stretch than ours.”
