2018-19…scored 20.5 points per game on the way to a Dordt single season point record of 680 points…took down 6.2 rebounds per game and converted 58.4 percent of her field goals while earning second-team NAIA All-American honors and first-team honors from the GPAC…scored a single game record of 43 points against Northwestern on November 28 and grabbed a career high 14 rebounds against Bellevue on December 11…finished the season sixth in the NAIA in points per game and field goal percentage…was named a second-team honoree in the CoSIDA Academic All-American program.

2017-18…one of two players to start all 31 games for the Defenders…averaged 11.1 points per game with 4.8 rebounds per game…converted 44.8 percent of her field goals…scored a season high 22 points twice and had 11 rebounds against Dakota State on November 1…was third in the NAIA in free throw shooting percentage after converting 89.6 percent…named all-GPAC honorable mention.

Before Dordt…played for Western Christian High School (Iowa)…averaged 15.2 points per game, while sinking 46 three-point shots and grabbing 128 rebounds on the way to a first-team all-conference selection…helped Western to a 2017 Class 2A state title and was a member of the all-tournament team and was a third-team all-state selection.

2019-20…missed the early part of the season with an injury…played eight games before suffering a career ending injury at Midland on February 1…averaged 2.1 points per game and had a season high six points against Jamestown on January 22…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…scored 5.8 points per game and grabbed 4.1 rebounds per game…converted a season high 17 points against Concordia on January 2…played in 29 games.

2017-18…played in 31 games…averaged 6.6 points per game with 4.7 rebounds per outing…averaged 1.5 assists per game…had a season high 16 points against Northwestern on January 31…had 11 rebounds against Concordia on January 20 and handed out six assists against Presentation on November 11.

Before Dordt…played for Rochester Mayo High School (Minnesota)…scored 237 points, with 70 assists during her senior season…was a two-time all-conference honorable mention honoree…shot 34 percent from the three-point line while helping guide her team to its second consecutive conference championship...was also a part of Mayo’s 2015 section championship and state tournament team. Stamness is a four-year letter winner for Mayo and was named to the Minnesota Girls Basketball Coaches Association Academic All-State honoree.

2019-20…played in all 32 games for Dordt…averaged 5.3 points per game and 2.9 rebounds…scored a season high 11 points three times against Morningside on January 18, the College of Saint Mary on February 22 and Waldorf on October 25…had a career high 10 rebounds against Mount Marty on January 8…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…averaged 3.4 points per game in 32 games played and had 1.9 rebounds per game…scored a season high 11 points against Morningside on January 12.

2017-18…averaged 5.5 points per game in 30 games played…took down 3.1 rebounds per game…scored a season high 14 points against the College of Saint Mary on November 21…grabbed seven rebounds in two games.

Before Dordt…graduated from Brookings High School (South Dakota)…averaged 11 points with 5.3 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.3 assists as a senior…averaged 11 points, 6.6 rebounds, and had 43 steals during her junior campaign…was a four-year varsity letter-winner…was a two-time honoree on the All-ESD team.

Before Dordt…graduated from Thunder Basin High School (Wyoming)…averaged 4.4 points per game in 2019-20 with three rebounds, two steals and 1.7 assists per game…served as her team's captain and earned the Sportsmanship Award at the Wyoming State Tournament and helped her team to third place at the Wyoming Class 4A State Tournament and second place in the Wyoming 4A East Conference.

13 Bailey Beckman 5-5 Guard SO Panora, Iowa

2019-20…played in all 32 games for the Defenders…averaged 7.6 points per game and had a season high 21 points in a win over Dakota Wesleyan on November 13…handed out a season high five assists twice against Doane on January 2 and Morningside on November 16.

Before Dordt…played for Panorama High School (Iowa) where she scored over 1,000 points….averaged 19.6 points per game as a senior and converted 40 three-point shots….multiple all-conference and all-district honoree…was a third-team all-state pick in 2019 and a second-team selection in 2018.

15 McKenna Klecker 5-9 Forward SO Chandler, Arizona

Before Dordt…attended Embry Riddle Aeronautical University (Arizona) in 2019-20…averaged 4.1 points per game for Embry Riddle with 1.5 rebounds and converted 52 percent of her field goal attempts…graduated from Seton Catholic (Arizona)  and earned honorable mention honors in 2018-19 and was a two-time All-Academic honoree…served as her team's captain in both 2017 and 2018 and is in the top-10 all-time in field goal percentage and free throw percentage.

20 Mari Smitsdorff 6-1 Forward SR Coon Rapids, Minnesota

2019-20…played in 24 games and averaged 1.1 points per game…scored a season high eight points against Waldorf on October 25 and had a season high seven rebounds in the same game…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…averaged 2.9 points per game in 31 games played…scored a season high nine points on four different occasions…had a season high five rebounds in a win over the College of Saint Mary on November 17.

Before Dordt…graduated from Legacy Christian Academy (Minnesota) and attended the  University of Sioux Falls for one year…averaged 15.6 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 4.1 blocked shots per game in high school…has three years of eligibility remaining after played 15 games for the University of Sioux Falls in 2017-18.

2019-20…scored 6.3 points per game while playing 32 games for the Defenders…averaged 3.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game…had a career high 17 points against Dakota Wesleyan on February 26 and eight rebounds against Hastings on December 14…handed out five assists against Concordia on February 29 and Hastings on December 14…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…averaged 5.1 points per game in 32 games played…scored in double figures five times and had a season high 15 points against IU Northwest on March 6 at the NAIA National Tournament….had season bests of nine rebounds against Hastings on February 20, five assists against Friends on November 3 and five steals against Doane on February 2.

Before Dordt… played for Sioux Center High School (Iowa)…averaged 12.7 points per game with nearly five assists per game…missed six games with a hand injury...averaged 11.0 points per game as a junior while handing out three assists per game…helped Sioux Center to a pair of state runner-up finishes in 2017 and 2018…was a three-time first-team all-conference selection.

2019-20…played in all 32 games for Dordt…averaged 5.9 points per game while converting 51.4 percent of her field goal attempts…averaged 1.7 steals per contest…scored a career high 17 points against Dakota Wesleyan on January 15 and had seven steals against Jamestown on January 22…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…averaged 2.3 points per game while appearing in 32 games…had a season high eight points against Dakota State on November 20.

Before Dordt… played at Mayer Lutheran (Minnesota) High School…averaged 14.5 points as a senior with 3.8 assists and 3.1 steals…scored 450 points, 168 rebounds, 100 steals and 84 assists as a junior and joined the 1,000 point club.

23 Hilary Albrecht 5-8 Guard FR Howard, South Dakota

Before Dordt… graduated from Howard High School (South Dakota)…scored over 1,000 career points with over 500 rebounds and 300 career steals…a three-time all-state selection earning second-team honors in 2018 and third-team honors in 2019 and first-team honors in 2020…was an all-Cornbelt Conference selection four times and was an Academic All-State pick each season from 2016-20.

25 Ashtyn Veerbeek 6-2 Forward JR Sioux Center, Iowa

Before Dordt…played for the University of Nebraska two seasons… averaged 7.4 points per game with 4.3 rebounds for the Huskers in 2018-19 after averaging 6.9 points per game with 5.5 rebounds per contest as a freshman…had a decorated high school career for the Wolfpack, scoring 25.8 points per game as a senior while grabbing 14.4 rebounds and she had 86 blocked shots…converted 52.2 percent of her field goal attempts and 34.7 percent of her three-point basket attempts as senior…during the 2017 season Veerbeek scored 22.8 points per game with 11.1 rebounds and he was named the Iowa Basketball Coaches Association Class 2A Player of the Year at the conclusion of the season…was named captain of the Class 2A All-State Tournament team in 2017 and was three times named first-team all-state by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association…averaged 15.7 points and 9.3 rebounds per game as a sophomore while helping Western to a state runner-up finish and she scored 9.1 points with 6.0 rebounds as a freshman as Western advanced to the Class 2A State Tournament Semifinals…had 1,871 career points, 1,041 career rebounds, 227 blocked shots, 203 assists and 99 steals during her four seasons at Western Christian.

2019-20…played in 28 games…averaged 9.8 points per game and took down 6.5 rebounds per game…averaged over an assist and steal per game…converted 53 percent of her field goal attempts and was an all-GPAC honorable mention selection…had 12 games where she scored in double figures and had a season high 23 points against Northwestern on November 20 and took down 12 rebounds against Midland on February 1 and Morningside on November 16.

Before Dordt…prepped at Ethan High School (South Dakota)…averaged over 19 points per game as a senior with eight rebounds and 3.3 assists per game in 2019 while being named the South Dakota Class B and All-Class Player of the Year…was a two-time first-team all-state selection and a two-time second-team all-state selection…played in five state tournaments where she was a part of a championship and two runner-up finishes…was named the Spirit of Su Award winner at the 2019 Class B state tournament.

Before Dordt… competed for Harrisburg High School (South Dakota)…averaged seven points, three assists and five rebounds for Harrisburg and has been a part of two state runner-up teams in 2017 and 2018 and a third place finisher in 2019.

Before Dordt… graduated from Lynden Christian (Washington)…averaged 10 points per game with 7 rebounds per game as a junior before a season ending injury…averaged 5.4 points per game as a senior after coming back from injury.

2019-20…played in 22 games and averaged a point per game…scored a season high six points against Presentation on November 9…was named NAIA Scholar-Athlete.

2018-19…averaged 1.6 points per game in 23 games played…scored a season high six points in a win over Dakota State on December 28.

Before Dordt… played basketball at Central Wisconsin Christian High School…averaged 14.4 points, 13.3 rebounds, 5.3 assists and 3.2 blocks per game as a senior…averaged 13.5 points, 10.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 3.5 steals per game…averaged a double-double during her career…earned all-conference honors and was named her team’s mvp.
