2012-13…one of three Defenders to start all 31 games…averaged 28.1 minutes per game…scored seven points per game and 1.8 rebounds…converted 35.7 percent of her three-point shots while converting 41-115…dished off 48 assists and had 26 steals…scored a season high 15 points in a win over York on November 24…earned all-GPAC honorable mention.

2012-13…played 20 minutes a game in 28 appearances…averaged 5.7 points per game and converted 45.2 percent of her three-point shots while going 42-93…scored a season high 19 points against Clarke on December 29 and took down a season high seven rebounds in that same game.

2011-12…led the team in minutes played with a 29 minutes per game average over 28 games played…started 21 games and averaged 6.1 points per game…had a season high 15 points against Morningside on December 14.

2010-2011…started in 27 games during her freshman campaign…scored 5.9 points per game and converted 29 three-point baskets…had a season high 17 points in a loss to Briar Cliff on December 8.

2012-13…one of three Defenders to start all 31 games…played 26.8 minutes per game…averaged a team high 12.8 points per game with 7.5 rebounds…converted 47.3 percent of her field goals…had a career high 27 points in a win over Concordia on December 5…took down 15 rebounds against AIB on November 14…ranks 18th all-time in scoring with 906 points…has 571 career rebounds which ranks 13th …named all-GPAC First Team and honorable mention NAIA All-America…

2011-12…started a team high 24 games…scored a team high 10.3 points per game and snagged 6.1 rebounds per contest…made 52 percent of her field goals and was named all-GPAC second team…had a season high 13 rebounds in three different games…scored a career high 21 points against Mount Marty on January 18…led the team in scoring seven times and 11 times in rebounding.

2010-2011…averaged 8.0 points per game with 6.1 rebounds…made 55.5 percent of her field goal tries in 29 games played…had a career high 20 points in a loss to Sioux Falls on February 14…grabbed 12 rebounds against Northwestern on January 29.

33 Paige Engbers 5-10 Forward FR Pella, Iowa

Before Dordt…scored 14.3 points per game and grabbed 4.5 rebounds per game while playing for Pella (Iowa) Christian High School…made 63 three-point baskets and made 42.3 percent of her three-point attempts…Pella Christian was 19-6 and made the state tournament in 2013…as a junior Engbers averaged 9.6 points per game and four rebounds per game while helping Pella Christian to a runner-up finish at the 2012 Iowa Girls State Tournament…claimed all-conference honors multiple times…was a second-team all-state pick in 2013.

35 Kim Kroeze 5-7 Guard FR Hull, Iowa

Before Dordt…Kroeze, a multi-sport standout at Western (Iowa) Christian High School… was a part of two state champion basketball teams…two-time all-conference and all-district performer in basketball…earned all-conference and all-district performer for the Western volleyball team…was a part of several state title winning track events…averaged 9.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.3 steals per game in 2012-13…had similar numbers in 2011-12 with averages of 9.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.5 steals…was a member of the 2012 all-state tournament team…was 51-4 the last two seasons in basketball.

2011-12…started 22 out of 28 games played…averaged 8.6 points per game with over two assists per game…took down 4.3 rebounds per game…converted 47 percent of her field goal attempts and was named all-GPAC honorable mention…led the team in scoring six times and in rebounding four times…had a season high 19 points in a win over Midland on January 14…

2010-11…appeared in all 30 games for the Defenders…averaged 6.4 points and 2.7 rebounds per game.

51 Katherine Oosthuizen 6-0 Forward FR Highlands Ranch, Colorado

Before Dordt…averaged 12.1 points and 5.1 points per game as a senior at Front Range (Colorado) Christian and was named her team’s mvp…earned all-state honorable mention and all-conference honors during her career…averaged 12.2 point, 7.4 rebounds, 1.3 steals and nearly a block and an assist per game as a junior.

55 Shae De Jager 6-0 Center FR Hull, Iowa

Before Dordt…De Jager averaged 7.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game for the Wolfpack as they won their second state title in a row and posted a 26-1 record…was named to the All-State Tournament Team after scoring 16 points and grabbing nine rebounds in the Class 2A title game.
