ABOUT THE CAMP
This camp is designed to help high school cross country athletes get their summer training off to a great start and help them learn and grow as distance runners. Throughout the three-day camp, participants will run with collegiate runners, learn new strength and core routines they can continue to use in their summer training, and enjoy recreational activities on Dordt’s campus. All participants will also receive a Dordt cross country camp performance t-shirt.
Participants should bring the following items: running shoes, running clothes, swimsuit, and towel.
FROM THE DIRECTOR
“We welcome runners of all abilities to our camp and aim to equip them with knowledge that they can use to develop themselves as distance runners in their summer training. We hope that all who attend the camp have a fun experience meeting new people, being on a college campus and increasing their knowledge of the sport of cross country!”
