Danni Havens

Coaching Background

Havens comes to Dordt after spending the past two seasons as the Graduate Assistant with the Dakota Wesleyan men’s soccer program. During her time at DWU, Havens assisted in evaluating and recruiting potential student-athletes, planning and leading practices, travel, overseeing academic development of athletes, and fundraising. Havens spent a short time as the interim head coach during 2015 as the Tigers sought to fill the position full-time.

In addition to her time with DWU, Havens spent time with the Dakota Alliance Soccer Club and the Mitchell Soccer Association. She was also a student assistant at Clarke University, a NAIA school in Dubuque, Iowa.

Athletic Background

Havens played two years at Clarke University, where she was a two-year varsity starter for the program. Prior to her time at Clarke, Havens played for Waubonsee Community College in Sugar Grove, Illinois. She was a captain, 2nd team all-conference honoree, and selected as the school’s most improved athlete in 2011. During her two season, Waubonsee won two consecutive conference championships and a regional championship.
