11 Patrick Knoblauch 6-2 Guard FR Sauk Centre, Minnesota

Before Dordt…Knoblauch averaged 14 points, 3.5 assists, 1.9 steals and 2.7 rebounds per game as a sophomore and junior…capped his career with a senior season where he averaged 17.0 points per game average and 6.5 assists per contest for Sauk Centre (Minnesota) High School….earned all-conference Sauk Valley all-area team three times and took St. Cloud Times all-area honorable mention twice…ranks second all-time at Sauk Centre with 345 assists and is fourth all-time in scoring.

13 Alex Terpstra 6-4 Guard FR Highland Ranch, Colorado

Before Dordt…helped lead Denver (Colorado) Christian High School to back-to-back state championships in 2012 and 2013…averaged 19.6 points per game along with 3.1 assists, 4.6 rebounds and 2.5 steals per game…was a four-year starter and was named the 2013 Colorado Class 2A Player of the Year this season…was twice named first-team all-state and all-conference…with Terpstra in the lineup Denver Christian won 83 games.

15 Nathan Rindels 6-1 Guard SO Boulder, Colorado

2012-13…played in all 35 games and averaged 11.1 minutes per game…scored 1.6 points per game with 1.4 rebounds…converted 42.9 percent of his field goal attempts…had a season high ten points against Grace on November 6.

21 Austin Katje 6-4 Guard SR Orange City, Iowa

2012-13…played in 31 games and averaged just under 27 minutes per game…scored 10.4 points per game and 3.7 rebounds per contest…converted 58 three-point baskets and made 35.4 percent of his three-point tries…earned all-GPAC honorable mention honors…enters the season with 987 career points…ranks 3rd all-time in career three-point shots made with 183…had a season high 20 points against Morningside on January 23…scored in double figures 17 times.

2011-12… played in 32 games and averaged 27 minutes a game…averaged 9.9 points per game…converted 60-160 three-point attempts for 37.5 percent success…earned all-GPAC honorable mention…had a season high 16 points against Briar Cliff on December 17.

2010-2011…only player on the Dordt roster to start all 31 games for the Defenders…earned all-GPAC honorable mention as a freshman…converted 11.2 points per game while grabbing 4.0 rebounds…made 65-162 three-point attempts for 40.1 percent success…scored double figures 18 times…had a season high 21 points on three different occasions…handed off five assists in a win over William Penn on November 23…grabbed nine rebounds in an overtime win over Sioux Falls on February 9.

23 Danny Vos 6-0 Guard FR Ripon, California

Before Dordt…started for three seasons at point guard for Ripon (Califoria) Christian High School and has averaged 10.6 points per game over his career with 7.3 assists and 2.8 steals…earned all-conference and all-area honors as a sophomore and junior and was the league most valuable player as a junior…helped Ripon Christian to 36 straight conference wins.

25 JD Boer 6-4 Guard SO Hull, Iowa

2012-13…played in 16 games for the Dordt College junior varsity team…averaged eight points a game and also played in a varsity contest for the Defenders.

31 Kyle Lindbergh 6-7 Forward SR Margate, Florida

2012-13…played in 35 games and averaged 26 minutes per game…averaged 7.4 points per game with 6.0 rebounds…blocked 25 shots and had 41 steals with 87 assists…converted 49.8 percent of his field goals…had a season high 15 points against Jamestown on November 2…took down a season high 12 rebounds against Nebraska Wesleyan on January 19…had double figure rebounds in six games…earned All-GPAC honorable mention…enters the season with 813 career points…has 596 career rebounds which is 12th all-time…ranks 12th all-time in steals with 116.

2011-12…played in 34 games and averaged 24 minutes per game…averaged 8.2 points per game and a team high 6.8 rebounds per game…led the team in blocked shots with 39 and was the co-leader in steals with 50…converted 50.8 percent of his field goals…had a season high 21 points against William Penn on November 10…took down a career high 16 rebounds against Morningside on December 14…earned second team honors from the Great Plains Athletic Conference…named the 2012 GPAC Defensive Player of the Year.

2010-2011…played in all 31 Dordt games and started 16…averaged 8.9 points per game with 5.0 rebounds…converted 52 percent of his field goals…scored in double figures 12 times…scored a season high 20 points in the GPAC Title Game against Sioux Falls…took down a season high nine rebounds on two occasions.

33 Dalton Franken 6-5 Forward FR Atlantic, Iowa

Before Dordt…averaged 16 points and nine rebounds for Atlantic (Iowa) High School…was a four-year starter and earned first team all-conference honors multiple times…earned first-team all-state honors as a senior and Class 3A second-team all-state honors as a junior…was a third-team all-state honors from the Iowa Newspaper Association…scored over 1,000 career points and was a 2013 McDonald’s All-American nominee.

35 Tyler Wolterstorff 6-5 Guard JR Sioux Center, Iowa

2012-13…bothered by injury much of the season…played in 18 games and averaged 11 minutes per outing…averaged 3.9 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per contest…made 49 percent of his field goal attempts…had a season high 11 points against Nebraska Wesleyan on December 8….took down nine rebounds against Webber International on December 28.

2011-12…played in 33 games and averaged 15 minutes per appearance…converted 4.3 points per game took down 2.2 rebounds per outing.

41 Derik Gogg 6-7 Forward FR Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Before Dordt…averaged 7.2 points and 4.3 rebounds per game for Linn-Mar (Iowa) High School last season…earned honorable mention all-conference as a junior when he averaged 7.6 points per game with seven rebounds and two assists per contest…set a school record for blocked shots as a junior…was a part of a state championship team in 2011 and a team that took fourth place at the state tournament last season in 2012.

Before Dordt… earned third-team all-state honors in Class 2A while helping Pella Christian (Iowa) Highs School to a state tournament berth…averaged 15.3 points and 9.5 rebounds per game as a senior…averaged 10.5 points per game with six rebounds per outing in 2011-12 and earned second team all-conference honors in the Little Hawkeye.

51 Brandon Broersma 6-7 Forward FR Sunnyside, Washington

Before Dordt…helped Sunnyside Christian (Washington) High School to a Class 1B state championship in 2013 and was named the mvp of the state tournament…was named the Class 1B Player of the Year in 2013 and averaged 12.5 point, ten rebounds and 5.2 blocked shots… Broersma averaged 14.3 points per game as a junior with 10.1 rebounds and 5.6 blocks…was named to the 2012 Greater Columbia all-league team and claimed all-tournament team honors at the state tournament…took all-state honors from the Associated Press in 2012…Sunnyside Christian appeared in four state tournaments while Broersma was playing.

53 David Den Herder 6-9 Forward JR Sioux Center, Iowa

2012-13…played in 12 games and averaged 3.4 minutes per game…scored 2.2 points per game…scored a season high four points on four different occasions.

2011-12…averaged 14.9 points per game in 18 junior varsity games.
