A CONCEPT THAT BLEW MY MIND

The reformed idea of how the realm of Christ's kingdom is reaching out to every sphere of our world.

COOL THINGS I DID AT DORDT

Youth ministry at a local church, helping lead worship in a praise and worship team for four years, intramural sports, and intermingling with hundreds of international students from around the world.

OBSTACLES I'VE OVERCOME

The language & culture barrier

WHO I WAS WHEN I CAME TO DORDT

I was blown away, as it was my first experience with an entirely different continent, country, and culture. Everything seemed so amazing and interesting. I took pictures of “every square inch.”

HOW DORDT IMPACTED ME

Dordt's theology and campus ministries (now together with the worship arts program) have shaped me to become God's faithful, equipped disciple, to not only know more of God in the scholarly, intellectual aspect, but also to learn to love him deeply in my heart.

WHAT I WOULD TELL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS

Here at Dordt College, you feel the deep calling of Christ for your life in an extremely engaging atmosphere. It's pretty evident that people learn to love others here; but more importantly, you will be called into greater engagement with Christ within your field of study.

HOW DORDT HELPED ME DO MORE

I learned to love more, understand more, and grow more. I pray that this becomes an lifelong task.
