You'll gain a strong understanding of information technology, networking, and digital systems, along with programming know-how. ### What You Can Do With An Industrial Networks/Programming Emphasis There are plenty of opportunities for those who choose to study industrial networks / programming, including: ##### Manufacturing Engineer Manufacturing Engineers carry out the duties of developing production issue solutions, operating computer software, and performing cost-benefit analyses. ##### Help Desk Manager A Help Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring proper computer operation and resolving user help requests. ##### Field Engineer Field Engineers inspect and install different equipment and technologies and make sure everything works correctly and designs are being followed. ## Career Preparation Dordt University's 2025 Career Outcome Rate was 99.7%! “I believe it is also, in part, indicative of the type of graduates we are encouraging our students to become—that is, graduates who don’t just learn for the sake of learning, but graduates who continue to learn for the sake of serving," said Dr. Ethan Brue, dean for technology and applied sciences.
