On May 22 at 11 a.m. we're offering a visit day specific to the Farm Operations and Management Pro-Tech program. This is a great opportunity to hear from the professors in the program and get your questions answered. Sign up today and plan to join us for this virtual visit.
Pro-Tech is a two-year, vocational program that offers students a hands-on education by combining internship experience with classroom activities. Stand out with Dordt's two-year degrees in Manufacturing Technology and Farm Operations and Management.
Meet a Pro-Tech Student
“I’ve worked parts and currently am working as a service tech. I have worked with many new tools, and a range of old to new equipment.” David currently interns with Agrivision in Paulina, and hopes to continue working there after he graduates.
Bryce interns at Demco, a manufacturing company specializing in agriculture and towing products. Bryce has learned to run robotic welders and discovered how different departments work together to create a product.
"The local businesses have invested so much into the program and into Dordt." It's no surprise that Ben feels engaged by both his internship and the community that the Pro-Tech program has built.
