Transcript Request

Dordt University uses the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to process official transcript requests. The advantage of this service are that there is an electronic signature and that NSC can generate and deliver industry-recognized secure PDF transcripts.

NSC does charge a processing fee of $2.50 per processed request, whether paper or electronic, and there is also a $1.00 secure electronic delivery fee for transcripts outside of NSC's electronic exchange network. Students who have access to their Self-Service account can access to a PDF version of their unofficial transcript under the "Academics" section of their account. The registrar's office will also process "walk-up" transcript requests for paper transcripts only for students who fill out and sign the appropriate transcript request form.
