Although Dordt University cannot provide formal tax advice, we encourage students and parents to access or obtain the following resources to assist in determining eligibility for tax credits:

Under the provisions of the TRA97, Dordt University is required to report to the student and the IRS certain information concerning student status on a tax statement referred to as Form 1098-T.

Current students have online access to their 1098-T on Dordt U > Finances under Electronic Tax Forms if they provide consent. To provide consent, please follow these instructions. If no consent is given to receive the form electronically, a copy of this tax form will be mailed to students' home addresses on or before January 31.

If you are a Canadian student, please email studentaccounts@dordt.edu to retrieve a copy of your TL11A.

Students from the United States and Canada are required to find their own accident/medical insurance. International students will be contacted by email regarding the plan provided to them.
