Aaron Baart *Chief of Staff* As Chief of Staff, Rev. Baart coordinates strategic efforts among the senior leadership team, is Dordt’s legal liaison, and leads the Crisis Management Team. Prior to this role, he served as Dean of Chapel where he provided oversight for the Campus Ministries staff. The VPAA provides guidance, encouragement, and accountability to faculty and academic staff of the university in order to equip students, alumni, and the broader community to work effectively for Christ-centered renewal in all areas of life. Huisman is committed to fostering kingdom-minded collaboration and innovation, equipping teams to engage with Christ-centered purpose until all is made new. As Vice President for Student Success and Dean of Students, Taylor walks alongside Student Services, Campus Health and Counseling Services, the Academic Enrichment Center, and Career Development Center. He is responsible for the day-to-day physical operations of the campus. Dr. Justin Bailey *Dean of Chapel* Dr. Justin Ariel Bailey serves as Dean of Chapel at Dordt, where he oversees Campus Ministries, regularly speaks in chapel, and offers pastoral care. He has taught theology at Dordt for the past eight years, with his primary interest being exploring the intersection of contemporary culture and the Christian faith.
