- Two handicap-accessible apartments
- Cable TV Hookup: One in the living room and one in each bedroom
- Wireless Internet and network connections in each apartment
- Cooking facilities
- Community rooms on level one and three
- Computer lab
- Multiple lounges
- Elevator access to the entire building
- Laundry facilities
- Electronic security system
- Air conditioned

#### FURNISHINGS

- All rooms are furnished with stackable modular furniture
- All beds have extra long mattresses (78" long)
- Each apartment is furnished with a fridge (17 cubic feet-regular residential size fridge)
- Each apartment is furnished with a stove

#### APPLIANCES ALLOWED

- Dorm-sized refrigerator
- Microwave
- Toaster

#### STAFFING

Two community development assistants and one professional staff
