- Geothermal heating and cooling provided by 90 wells in a large geothermal field

- Stage with lighting and sound capabilities for performances
- Mezzanine with a large room used as a classroom and meeting space
- Prairie room for meditation and devotions

- Stackable modular furniture including desk, book case, dresser, desk chair
- All beds have extra-long mattresses (78" long)
- Counter top height island in kitchen with stools
- Each apartment is furnished with a fridge (17 cubic feet-regular residential-size fridge)
