- Eight four-person apartments
- Cable TV
- Wireless Internet and network connections in each apartment
- Cooking facilities

#### FURNISHINGS

- All rooms are furnished with stackable modular furniture
- All beds have extra-long mattresses (78" long)
- Each apartment is furnished with a fridge (17 cubic feet—regular residential size fridge)
- Each apartment is furnished with a stove

#### APPLIANCES ALLOWED

- Dorm-sized refrigerator
- Microwave
- Toaster

#### STAFFING

Two Community Development Assistants and professional staff

#### RESIDENTS

32 residents per building, primarily upperclassmen men and women
