Drive Through Flu Shot Clinic - Wednesday, Oct. 3rd 5-6:30pm - Sioux Center Medical Clinic South Parking Lot (approach from the West on 7th St). Cost is $30.

Greater Sioux Community Health Center - Wednesday Oct. 3 and 24 from 3-6pm. Cost for 18 and under is FREE, over 18 is $25.

Community Health Partners - Wednesday, Oct. 17th at the Centre Mall in Sioux Center from 3:30-6:30pm. Cost is $30.

Sioux Center & Hull Medical Clinics - Walk in clinic on Wednesday October 3, 10, 17, 24 - 7:30am - 5:00pm. Cost is $30. Consent form can be found at https://www1.avera.org/pdf/amck/MC171.pdf
