Web Developer
The Computer Services Department at Dordt College is seeking someone to fill the full-time role of Web Developer. This individual will be primarily responsible for maintaining and updating all web sites at the college.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is desired with a minimum of 1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training. A knowledge of HTML, SQL and scripting languages would be beneficial. Candidates should have some operating system experience, preferably Windows or UNIX. Good interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to work with and train student assistants are required. Candidates should have a strong commitment to being a team player, ability to meet deadlines, and be able to work with a wide range of customer expectations and skills.
